My husband kinda often cook maggie for supper and breakfast, this is not good for health. Hence, i decided to learn from mother in law to cook a yummy yong tau foo soup to my husband as "Brunch".
It's so easy as i brought the ready made of yong tau foo at Midvalley Jusco (Not recommended to friend as the fish meat is too fishy, believe the meat is made by those cheap cheap fish). I just cook the soup and together with this yong tau foo, 20mins to 30mins for the whole process.
According to MIL, buy the yong tau foo at OUG pasar pagi is more fresh and tasty. I'll buy it for my 2nd experimen ^^
